Yogurt Bowl

Looking for a new breakfast idea? Here is my secret recipe for a fresh fruit and coconut yogurt bowl with gingerbread granola.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut yogurt

  • 1/2 cup summer fruits (blueberries, strawberries, or whatever fruit you prefer)

  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds

  • 1/2 cup gingerbread granola

  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric (Optional)

How to make


1. Place granola in the oven to toast for 2 to 5 minutes.

2. Remove granola from oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes.

3. Mix chia seeds (turmeric optional) into the coconut yogurt

4. Top with fresh fruits and granola. Enjoy!
